요가·필라테스·명상·싱잉볼·월요가 현장은 이제 “좋아졌다”는 느낌만으로는 부족합니다. 지도자는 변화의 방향을 설명하고, 수업을 재현 가능하게 설계하며, 결과를 기록할 수 있어야 신뢰가 만들어집니다.

뇌파(EEG)를 측정하고 해석해서 상담에 쓰기 시작하면, 회원 상담의 “격”이 완전히 달라집니다. 왜냐하면 그 순간부터 상담이 ‘경험담’이 아니라 근거 기반 코칭으로 바뀌기 때문입니다.

2. 뇌파해석

3. 뉴로피드백 활용논문 분석과 스튜디오 활용

자격과정 커리큘럼

1일차 7시간 : 뇌파측정. 사례별 해석과 상담기법. 특성별 프로그램 구성법

2일차 4시간 : 뇌파측정과 분석 실습

본 과정은 의학적 진단·치료를 대체하지 않으며, EEG는 진단이 아닌 지도 피드백으로 사용합니다. 과장된 단정 표현을 지양하고, 안전·윤리 기준을 과정 내에서 함께 표준화합니다.

In yoga, Pilates, meditation, singing bowls, and wall yoga settings, saying “it feels better” is no longer sufficient.Instructors are now expected to explain the direction of change, design reproducible classes, and record outcomes in order to build trust.

When EEG (electroencephalogram) measurement and interpretation are incorporated into consultations, the quality of member consultations changes fundamentally.This is because consultation shifts from anecdotal experience to evidence-based coaching.
