사단법인 한국치유요가협회, 2025년 RYTK300+ 요가자격증 마지막 검정 시행

사단법인 한국치유요가협회(Korea Therapy Yoga Association, KTYA)가

12월 20일, 2025년도 마지막 RYTK300+ 요가자격증 검정을 시행했다.

이번 내년부터 본격 가동될 요가명상 등 7개 트랙 통합 자격체계와 연계와 요가강사의 경제적 권익향상의 출발점이라는 점에서 의미가 크다.

이날 검정은 이론과 실기를 모두 포함한 구조로 진행됐다.

필기 영역에서는 요가철학 1시간 시험을 통해 지도자가 갖추어야 할 기본 세계관과 사유 체계를 점검했고,

실기 검정은 아사나, 잘라네티, 요가호흡, 반다, 티칭으로 진행됐다.

협회는 “RYTK300+ 검정은 수련자의 몸을 안전하게 이끌 수 있는 이해도와 지도력을 동시에 확인하는 과정”이라고 설명했다.

 검정의 시작은 ​협회장 박영빈(청주 비니요가&다옴필라테스 대표)의 격려사로 열렸다.

박 회장은 “RYTK300+요가자격증은 요가철학과 해부학, 호흡과 정화, 명상까지 함께 공부하는 과정으로,

"AI시대에 존중받는 전문직 요가강사를 만드는 첫 관문”이라며

“오늘 이 자리에 선 여러분이 각자의 지역에서 치유와 회복을 전하는 웰니스 리더로 성장하길 바란다”고 당부했다.

 실질적인 검정 운영은 심사위원장 강신정(울산 다옴필라테스요가 현대백화점 원장)이 총괄했다.

강 원장은 RYTK300+ 요가강사 심사위원장이자 케이월국제연합(K-Wall International Alliance, K-WIA) 협회장으로,

기초 강사 양성과 월요가 교육 표준화에 앞장서 온 인물이다.

그는 수험생들의 아사나 정렬, 호흡과 반다 사용, 티칭 언어까지 세밀하게 점검하며

“RYTK300+ 합격자는 단순 ‘자격증 소지자’가 아닌, 협회 이름을 걸고 수련자를 만나는 지도자”라는 점을 거듭 강조했다.

이번 검정을 통과한 합격자는 자동으로 협회 산하 요앤피(YO&P) 멤버십에 가입된다.

요앤피 멤버십은 초보 요가강사가 가장 어려워하는 시퀀스 구성법과 실전 요가교수법부터 단계적으로 제공하는 시스템으로,

1월부터는 바로 수업에 활용 가능한 실전형 강의가 순차적으로 열릴 예정이다.

이를 통해 이제 막 자격을 취득한 강사들도 “무엇을, 어떻게 가르쳐야 하는지”에 대한 구체적인 방향을 잡을 수 있다.

이후 과정은 더욱 폭넓다.

•빈야사·아쉬탕가와 같은 다이내믹 수련

•키즈요가와 임산부요가 등 생애주기별 지도

•나아가 요가테라피스트

약 70여 종의 전문 과정이 요앤피 멤버십 안에 준비돼 있다.

한국치유요가협회는 현재 7개 트랙, 28종의 등록 민간자격 체계로 운영되고 있다.

RYTK300+ 요가강사자격증은 이 구조의 핵심이자 출발점이다.

협회는 “RYTK300+를 기준 자격으로 두고,

이후 각자가 선택한 분야로 전문 자격을 확장해 가는 방식”을 채택하고 있다.

특히 RYTK300+ 취득자는 향후 RYTK400 요가자격증,

요가명상트레이너 등 상위 자격 등록 시에도 대폭적인 할인 혜택을 받을 수 있어, 장기적인 커리어 설계에 유리하다.

한 수험생은 검정 직후

“시험 준비 과정에서 철학과 해부학, 호흡과 반다를 다시 정리하면서, ‘왜 이 동작을 가르치는가’를 한 번 더 생각하게 됐다”며

Korea Therapy Yoga Association Conducts Final 2025 RYTK300+ Yoga Certification Examination–

Immediate YO&P Membership Upon Passing, Establishing a Foundation for Growth as a Specialized Wellness Instructor Across Seven Tracks

The Korea Therapy Yoga Association (KTYA) conducted the final RYTK300+ Yoga Instructor Certification Examination of 2025 on December 20.

This examination is particularly significant as it marks the starting point for the integrated seven-track yoga, meditation, and wellness certification system scheduled to be fully activated next year, while also serving as a foundation for enhancing the economic rights and professional standing of yoga instructors.

The examination consisted of both theoretical and practical components.The written portion included a one-hour yoga philosophy exam designed to assess the foundational worldview and philosophical framework required of instructors.The practical assessment covered asana practice, jala neti, yogic breathing, bandha, and teaching demonstrations.

The Association explained, “The RYTK300+ examination is a process that simultaneously evaluates an instructor’s ability to guide practitioners safely and their overall teaching competency.”

The examination opened with an encouraging address by Association President Park Young-bin, CEO of Cheongju Viniyoga & Daom Pilates.President Park stated, “The RYTK300+ Yoga Certification is a comprehensive program that integrates yoga philosophy, anatomy, breathing, purification, and meditation. It is the first gateway to cultivating yoga instructors as respected professionals in the AI era.” He added, “I hope everyone standing here today will grow into wellness leaders who deliver healing and recovery within their local communities.”

The practical operation of the examination was overseen by Chief Examiner Kang Shin-jung, Director of Daom Pilates Yoga Hyundai Department Store in Ulsan.Director Kang serves as Chair of the RYTK300+ Examination Committee and is also President of the K-Wall International Alliance (K-WIA). She has long led efforts in foundational instructor training and the standardization of wall yoga education.

She meticulously evaluated candidates’ asana alignment, use of breath and bandha, and teaching language, repeatedly emphasizing that “Those who pass the RYTK300+ are not merely ‘certificate holders,’ but instructors who represent the Association and directly guide practitioners.”

Successful candidates are automatically enrolled in the Association-affiliated YO&P Membership.The YO&P Membership provides a structured system that progressively supports areas most challenging for beginner instructors, including sequencing methods and practical teaching skills. Starting in January, hands-on, immediately applicable classes will be released in stages, enabling newly certified instructors to clearly understand “what to teach and how to teach it.”

The subsequent pathways are extensive, including:

• Yin Yoga

• Hatha Yoga

• Therapeutic practices utilizing props

• Dynamic practices such as Vinyasa and Ashtanga

• Life-cycle–specific instruction, including Kids Yoga and Prenatal Yoga

• Yoga Therapist training

• Integrated wellness certifications such as Brain Therapy

Approximately 70 specialized courses are available within the YO&P Membership.RYTK300+ certified instructors may complete all of these programs free of charge, securing sustained growth momentum even after certification.

Currently, the Korea Therapy Yoga Association operates a system of seven tracks and 28 registered private certifications.The RYTK300+ Yoga Instructor Certification is the core and entry point of this structure.

The Association adopts a model in which RYTK300+ serves as the base qualification, followed by expansion into specialized certifications according to each instructor’s chosen field. In particular, RYTK300+ holders receive substantial discounts when registering for advanced certifications such as RYTK400 and Yoga Meditation Trainer, making it advantageous for long-term career planning.

One examinee shared after the exam, “While preparing for the test, I reorganized my understanding of philosophy, anatomy, breath, and bandha, which made me reflect once again on ‘why we teach each posture.’ It feels like passing not just an exam, but the first gateway to becoming a respected instructor anywhere.”

President Park Young-bin concluded, “This December examination not only concludes the 2025 RYTK300+ cycle, but also represents the cohort that will benefit most from the newly activated seven-track professional certification system. Going forward, we will continue to cultivate professional instructors in yoga, meditation, and therapy through a growth structure that progresses from foundational certification to specialization, to respected professional practice, and ultimately to research and lecturing.”

The final RYTK300+ examination of 2025 once again demonstrated that the Korea Therapy Yoga Association is positioning itself not merely as a certification-issuing body, but as a platform that designs and supports instructors’ lifelong careers and academic growth.
