The YO&P Membership provides its regular members with over 70 specialized certification courses free of charge, including Yoga, Pilates, Singing Bowl, Wall Yoga, and Meditation. However, this is not merely a course to be listened to; it ensures continuous lectures and practice so members can grow in their chosen direction.
