This program is an advanced training designed to deepen your understanding of the foundational Ashtanga Primary Series and to accurately learn traditional vinyasa counting.

With a balanced blend of practice and theory, you will refine posture alignment, hands-on techniques, and the integrated understanding of breath, gaze, and postures—helping you deepen your personal practice on every level.
